Where do you source your wool?

We source our high-quality wool from ethical partners in New Zealand who prioritize animal welfare. Our products are handmade, ensuring that every cat cave is unique, durable, and safe for your feline friend.
What are your shipping times?

We ship all orders from our warehouse in the Netherlands.

Is the packaging eco-friendly?

Yes! We are proud to use 100% plastic-free, recyclable packaging for all orders. Your cat cave is wrapped in acid-free tissue paper and shipped in a sturdy, recycled cardboard box.

How do I clean my wool cat cave?

We recommend gently dabbing the area with a cloth dampened with a mild, fragrance-free soap solution. If you use a diluted white vinegar mixture (a common natural deodorizer), please ensure the cave is placed in a well-ventilated area to air-dry completely.

Important: While vinegar is excellent for removing odors, the scent is strong for sensitive cat noses while wet. Please keep the cave away from your cat until it is completely dry and scent-free. Once the wool is fully dry, all traces of the vinegar smell will have evaporated, and your cat can safely return to their cozy cave.
How do I remove wrinkles or creases?

As wool felt is a natural fiber, your cat cave may arrive slightly creased from transit. To restore its original shape, you may choose one of the following methods:

  • Natural Restoration: Simply leave the cave in a well-ventilated space for 2–3 days. The wool fibers will naturally expand and regain their intended structure.
  • Steam Shaping (Quick Path): Hold a steamer—or your iron’s steam setting—approximately 10 cm above the surface. Do not allow the iron to make direct contact with the wool. Move the steamer continuously to allow the heat to gently relax the fibers. Once the wool is warm and slightly damp, use your hands to smooth and reshape the cave as desired. Finally, allow it to air-dry completely on a flat surface.
