Shipping policy

At PrimKitty, we want to ensure your feline friends get their new toys and accessories as quickly and safely as possible. We value transparency, so please read the following information regarding our shipping procedures.


1. Order Processing Time

We hand-pack every order from our warehouse in the Netherlands. Please allow 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) for us to process and dispatch your order.
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order leaves our facility.

2. Estimated Shipping Times

Since our stock is based in the Netherlands, we offer fast delivery across Europe. Please note that shipping times are estimates and depend on the carrier.

Note: While most orders arrive within these windows, factors such as peak holiday seasons or carrier delays can occasionally cause longer delivery times.

3. Shipping Costs

We offer simple, transparent shipping rates:

Free Shipping on all orders over €50.

Flat Rate Shipping for orders under €50:
Netherlands: €3.95
Belgium & Germany: €5.95

Tip: Add more items to your cart to reach €50 and enjoy free shipping!

4. Order Tracking

Yes, you will receive a tracking number for every order.

Once your order ships, you will receive an email update with your tracking link.

Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update in the carrier's system after you receive the email.

5. Why did I only receive part of my order?

Because all our inventory is managed in-house, your entire order will arrive in a single package. You won't have to worry about receiving your cat cave and your accessories at different times!

6. Lost or Missing Packages

If your tracking information states that your package was delivered, but you have not received it, please:

Check with your neighbors or your building manager.

Contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number.

If the carrier cannot locate the package, please contact us at support@primkitty.com and we will open an investigation for you.
